AIMS

AIMS was easier than I thought. I think I did pretty good considering that I never even learned some of those subjects. I feel that AIMS should not exist. what do you think, should AIMS be longer, shorter, or should AIMS not exist? Please share in the comments. Favorite Book

 What is your favorite book series or just your favorite book? My favorite series is Harry Potter and my favorite book is The magic Book. I wrote it myself, but I haven't finished it yet.

New Student

On Monday, my class got a new student. His name is Briant. He is new and has some habits like yelling, but he is still new. What would you do if you were a new student in a gifted fourth grade class?  I just did what everyone else except Elijah did, and when I didn't understand something, I asked somebody at my table what we were doing or what something meant. Kylie Kylie

Today, I got a letter back from my pen pal. The best part is that her name is also Kylie. She is 11 and I am 10 on April 5th. I have another pen pal to. Her name is Michal.

No Glasses!!

 I don't know why, but my parents keep not getting me glasses! I am starting to get headaches. If I don't get glasses soon, it will be super hard to learn. The weirdest part is that my sister already got glasses! I sit in front of the whiteboard in school and I still cant read it! Have you ever been in a situation like this? Glasses, Yay!

 I found out that I am getting glasses sometime around next week. My dad says he got me eye insurance. I don't care as long as I get glasses. :D :) ;O If you have or need glasses or contacts, how did it feel adjusting to them? If you don't need or have glasses, how do you think adjusting would feel?

Some Good News

 Today, I found out I am probably getting glasses soon.That was really exiting (YES!).I wonder what color they will be.I just hope I like them.

Running Madness

  I have recently found out that I didn't make the track team.  That's surprising because a different girl in my class got on and I'm the fastest girl.  She is slower than me,  but it's okay because they would probably ask me to go to school early or go somewhere.  I can't do that because my parents sold the car more than a year ago (my music stuff was still in the back pocket on the back of the front seat :::(  ).  My sister won't run to get to the bus stop this morning. Her excuse was that she felt like she was still in bed, and she didn't even run when we were 5 seconds away from missing the bus. the last time I was absent was because she wouldn't run and we literally watched the bus pick up Chance and leave. My sister still walked super slow when we could have caught it by even speed walking.  My parents said I couldn't leave her side to and from the bus stop, so I wasn't aloud to run. Since that day, my parents said if I had to, I could run so I could be at school because even if I just go, my sister paid by cleaning all day while I watched T.V.

Acute Angles, Right Angles, Obtuse Angles Oh My

  In school, I am starting to learn about angles and what they look like.  I am also very exited about when I get to bring anything that has a camera.  I will be taking pictures of angles and triangles. I'm also exited and worried about going to the field trip to the state capital.  I'm also worried about conferences because my family sold the car about a year ago.  soon,  I will tell you about different types of triangles.
